DEFERMENT EVENT POLICY
DEFERRED ENTRY POLICY
1. All registrations for the November 2020 and March 2021 events will be transferred to the November 2021 Event.
2. Those who want to change their registered race distance for November 2021, can do so by sending an email to info@limassolmarathon.com with subject “CHANGE DISTANCEâ€.
3. Those who cannot make it to the November 2021 event, as per our “OPEN TICKET†policy, will be allowed to transfer their registration to future events of the OPAP Limassol Marathon. To do so please send an email to info@limassolmarathon.com with subject “DEFERRED ENTRYâ€.
4. As per our terms and conditions, no refunds will be issued.
MERCHANDISE
1. All purchased merchandise will be delivered to the eligible parties via mail. The cost of delivery will be incurred to the eligible party.
2. Those who do not want to receive their purchased merchandise have the option of receiving the same type of merchandise in November 2021 Event.

PACKAGES AND ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
1. Anyone who has booked accommodation/package via the limassolmarathon.com website and wishes to still make use of their accommodation booking, please send an email to info@limassolmarathon.com with subject “RETAIN BOOKING†before midnight on Friday the 23rd of October 2020. All rooms held will be released by the cut-off date.
*For those considering to visit Cyprus in the following days, please keep informed regarding any updates and travel advice about Covid-19 through this link.
2. For special package holders the identical race weekend package has automatically been transferred to the “November 2021 Eventâ€.
3. For those unable to attend the “November 2021 Eventâ€, the same package can be transferred to any future event of the OPAP Limassol Marathon until the end of 2022. The booking will be subject to availability at the same or a similar hotel with the same terms. To do so please send an email to info@limassolmarathon.com with subject “DEFERRED RACE WEEKEND PACKAGEâ€.
4. For those who cannot attend the “November 2021 Event†or any other future event of the OPAP Limassol Marathon, there will be a refund for the first night of their stay only.
The above apply strictly for individual PACKAGES and ACCOMMODATION bookings via the limassolmarathon.com website. Organized groups and communities will be notified separately and individually.
CORPORATE RACE
1. All team registrations at the PrimeTel 5KM Corporate Race have automatically been transferred to the “November 2021 Eventâ€.
2. The PrimeTel 5KM Corporate Race will take place on Saturday the 27th of November 2021 at 09:00 AM.
