On Sunday, December 1, 2019 at 9 am, the Limassol District Tourism Development and Promotion Company in collaboration with Cyprus Sightseeing and the Multipurpose Center for Social Services < b> 'Saint John the Merciful' , & nbsp; organize Santa Claus Road Race. Known as ‘Santa’s Race’, it takes place in many foreign countries and attracts thousands of people in Santa Claus costumes to run or walk. The 5 km route along the coastal road, starting and ending at the Limassol Embankment, is friendly for all ages and abilities.
The aim of the event is to mark the start of the festive season and invite people to contribute to our fellow human beings in need, as the net proceeds will be used to provide Christmas and New Year meals to Limassol families in need.
