How long have you been running and how many events have you participated in?
I have been running since 2015, which means that I consider myself new compared to some of the most established runners. However, I have always had a sporting background and I have enjoyed playing different sports growing up. & Nbsp;
What is your main motivation when you run? (why are you running) & nbsp;
I would say that my main motivation for running stems from the belief that anything can be done with the right mindset and attitude. This can be reflected in running by setting small goals and working towards them. It can be really remarkable and these goals can be achieved. & Nbsp;

I believe that all achievements are based on personal goals, for example, when I ran in my first race and raised money for a charity that was at the heart after running in my first half marathon and this is the longest distance I ever ran when I finally won my first local race. I believe that everyone has their own personal achievements no matter how big or small they matter. & Nbsp;

Yes! We do not have everyone! In 2016, I was playing football and managed to escape my MCL causing swelling in my knee and it kept me out of running for 7 months. During this period, it made me unmotivated and lazy to do something you love and remove it for such a long time is not a very nice experience, however I received advice from others and my doctor for to do continuous knee strengthening exercises that finally helped me recover and now stronger than ever! & nbsp;
Do you have any tips on how to avoid injuries ; & nbsp; ;
The basor my advice with injuries is that if something feels good or does not feel good you should stop and then rest until you feel good again. I totally disagree with the statement "no pain and no gain", as this will result in your injury. & Nbsp;
