The 14th OPAP Limassol Marathon presents the pioneering environmental action Go Blue by MUSKITA , aimed at informing and raising public awareness on the issues of recycling, environmental protection and reducing the impact of climate change.
The Go Blue action is an evolution of the Going Green campaign, and is inspired by the unique blue color of the sea that surrounds our island. & nbsp; Let us not forget that the sea covers more than two thirds of the earth's surface, being the largest regulator of climatic conditions. & Nbsp;
The « Go Blue by MUSKITA will be launched as part of the 14th OPAP Limassol Marathon, to be held on March 21 and 22, 2020. & nbsp; Specifically, MUSKITA invites participants in the Limassol Marathon to post a photo of themselves on Facebook or Instagram, using the hashtag #GoBluebyMUSKITA, and tagging the company. For each photo, MUSKITA will offer € 1.00 to the Let's Make Cyprus Green organization.

The non-governmental organization Let Make Cyprus Green aims to inform the public about the negative effects on the planet, as result of excessive plastic use and waste generation, with the ultimate goal of adopting a responsible, environmentally friendly lifestyle.
