The organisers of OPAP Limassol Marathon 2020 have issued a final call for entries for the event taking place on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March 2020.
“Last places are now available in all competitive races. There are 80 places left in the AIMS-accredited OPAP Limassol Marathon , less than 200 left in the MUSKITA Half Marathon, less than 300 places left in the Petrolina 10K Energy Race and less than 400 places left in the Medochemie 5K City Race.”
There are 50 places left in the PrimeTel 5K Corporate Race, with registration closing on 13th March.
Any young runners wanting to take part in Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation Youth Race (ages 6-13 years) are also encouraged to secure their place now.
The announcement of last chance to enter comes as the finishers’ medals for the 14th edition of the event are unveiled. The OPAP Limassol Marathon medal is always a fantastic medal for the collection and this year’s will certainly not disappoint, with a separate medal for each of the races and an eye-catching #RunLimassol design on the front.
OPAP Limassol Marathon is one of Europe’s most recognisable sporting events, welcoming 15,000 athletes each year to the flat and fast course along Limassol’s spectacular coastline. Participants can look forward to magnificent views over the sparkling sea, a beautiful spring climate, first-class hospitality and a warm and friendly welcome, making for a perfect post-winter escape.
There will be a first-class pacing team helping runners to hit their targets in the Marathon and Half Marathon races.
International visitors can still take advantage of the excellent #RunLimassolPlus package which includes: a 40% discount on race entry; OPAP Limassol Marathon technical t-shirt; the best accommodation rates for race weekend; free pass for public buses over race weekend; pasta party pass; early race day breakfast and transfer to the start line on Sunday 22nd March.

Last entries for OPAP Limassol Marathon on 21st-22nd March 2020 are available. Fees are as follows: Marathon €60, MUSKITA Half Marathon €45, Petrolina 10K Energy Race €30 and 5K City Race €30. Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation Youth Race is free of charge.
