What initially made you interested in running?
I want to encourage people with disabilities in our community to join in running and feel like valued members of society.
Tell us your story, why you run.
As someone with disabilities, and through Ablebook, an online platform with apps that enhance the lives of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, our aim is to promote inclusivity and equal opportunities in society. We strive to raise awareness about the challenges faced by people with disabilities and advocate for innovative solutions to improve their integration into society as equal members.
Please give us more details if you are running for a specific cause this year at the OPAP Limassol Marathon.
I'm running the OPAP Limassol Marathon for Ablebook the first app in Cyprus for accessibility. By establishing Ablebook, we aim to create an online platform with applications that will improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and by extension vulnerable groups, allowing them to participate in society and enjoy the same opportunities and have access to social goods.
